Accessible Information

For most of us our preferred method of contact is our home number, mobile number or letter but for example, if you suffer from hard of hearing or blindness that may not be suitable for you.  If you or someone you are caring for wishes us to contact you in another way, please do let us know by informing either the reception team or the Practice Manager.  We will then record your needs by highlighting it on your medical records.

Disabled Access

Although the practice is located in a tall building we have a ramped access round the back of the building and ground floor consulting room and toilet facilities. The parking at the practice is normally reserved for the doctors, but if you need to arrive in your car, please let the reception know well in advance of your appointment and we can ensure a parking space is reserved for you for the time of your appointment.

Hearing Loop

We have a portable hearing loop in the practice. Please ask at reception if you would like to use this within your consultation.
