How we will administer the Covid Vaccine to you
We are receiving a high number of telephone calls and e-mails regarding the vaccine and we continue to work on the logistics and details of delivering this service to our patients. We have started vaccinating patients and we are following the NHS guidelines as to the order of cohorts that we are vaccinating. We will update this post with any information as and when we receive it. We are contacting patients who are eligible with a date once these are confirmed. You do not have to contact us to express an interest in receiving the vaccine - we will contact you at the appropriate time. Furthermore, we cannot at the moment tell you when you will be vaccinated - we are still awaiting more information regarding the supply of vaccine - please do not call reception to ask this question. They cannot help, as much as they would like to.
Update 1st February 2021
We have started to use a text service to allow patients to book their Covid Vaccination when it is their turn. When you receive a message the only information you will be required to confirm is your Date of Birth. Please make sure that we have an up to date mobile telephone number for yourself. Do not worry if you do not have a mobile telephone number we will still contact you and book an appointment.
