Patient Participation Group

Engaging the involvement of our patients is a very helpful process to ensuring our services are shaped to best meet patients' needs.

To help us with this we invite any patient who would like to contribute to the practice to join our informal and friendly Patient Participation Group (PPG)

The 28 Beaumont Street PPG meets with representatives of the practice staff on two or three occasions a year at the practice to discuss development of the practice facilities and services. If you would be interested in participating please complete the the sign-up form below and you will be sent an email which enables you to reply to register your interest in our patient-led representative group.

We have also set up an online patient representation group so that you can have your say without needing to commit to group meetings. We will ask the members of this representative group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. We will contact you via email and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.

In order to gather a truly representative sample of patients together, we welcome patients from all manner of diverse backgrounds including young people, students, workers, retired people, people with long term conditions, and people from non-British ethnic groups.

If you are interested in joining the PPG, or are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email as part of an on line patient representation group,  please click the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.
