The award-winning* EMIS Access enables patients to view, book or cancel GP appointments, providing an easy way to arrange to see us even when the phone lines are busy or closed.

The easy-to-use programme, which is accessible from many mobile phones, can also be used to request repeat prescriptions - meaning you only have to pop in when your prescription is ready, saving unnecessary journeys.

And if you have a non-urgent enquiry, Emis can help with that, too. A secure short message can be sent via Emis to 28 Beaumont Street, and one of our staff will reply to it when the Practice is quieter.
