Increasing the text size This website has been designed to help people with visual impairments. The text can be made larger by adjusting the settings on your
browser. Please follow the instructions below to increase the size of the text displayed on the pages.
Internet Explorer users Select View in the browser menu, then select Text Size, followed by Larger
or Largest.Netscape Navigator users Select View in the browser menu, then select Increase Font. Netscape 6.0 users Select View in the browser menu, then select Text Size.
AOL users Set the Font Preferences at AOL Keyword: Preferences. Using the hyperlinks The main pages of the site are listed in the menu on the left. The Page in Red at the start of each section contains an overview of that section's contents. You can also click on the
navigation bar along the top of each page to jump quickly from section to section.The links placed in the text of each page have been designed to lead you through the main content of website. If you get lost, please
use the back button on your browser. Links to external websites should open in a new window. If you have any suggestions about how we can improve our website, please use our feedback form. Navigation shortcuts If you are unable to use a mouse or 'pointing device', you can navigate the website easily using the
Tab key on your keyboard. Hitting the Tab key repeatedly will highlight each link on the page in turn. When you have highlighted the link you want to follow, press the return key.To skip over the contents
on the left hand side of the page, select the 'skip contents' link at the top of the contents table. This will take you straight to the 'skip navigation' link. To skip over the navigation
bar running across the top of the page, select the 'skip navigation' link. This will take you straight to the next link on the main content of the page. To go back to the previously highlighted link using the
